Overlooking the River Avon in Warwickshire, this is one cool castle… built by William the Conqueror in 1068 and still very well maintained.

A panoramic shot of the city from Arthur’s Seat. Interestingly, Panorama was originally coined by the Irish painter Robert Barker to describe his panoramic paintings of Edinburgh.
