Just finished a fun trek to Reavis Falls in the Superstition Wilderness just east of Phoenix, Arizona. Despite spending a full day exploring and climbing along Reavis Creek, we never did find the 165 foot Reavis Falls. On the way out we discovered that we had taken a wrong turn on the way down – so I now have another trek on my todo list!
The weather was a bit warm during the day but really comfortable at night, and the desert was just awesome to explore. We completed multiple climbs through the canyons, some pretty scary, but no falls! We found plenty of scorpions, but saw no people during our four day trip.
It was great to be back in the Supes!

Awesome pictures. Still, I am ok with not going on that one. All the descriptions I have seen make it sound like it is hard to find the falls. Lets go backpacking soon! Matt Millea
