Kalalau Beach – Kauai By cactuskevMarch 19, 2017 ( 2 ) The Napali Coast of Kauai is amazing and the hike to Kalalau Beach is one of the most spectacular in the world! Very difficult, very scary at times, but breathtaking beauty everywhere. INTRO: I am Pauline and Harold Millers brother in-law. (Harolds brother to be exact.) Have enjoyed your travels for some time. Your trip records are amazing! I still am trying to backpack if my body will cooperate. Mostly Ohio and Pa. Just enough to keep me dreaming. Noticed your TENT on the Hawaii trip. Appears to be a single, ‘gold’ in color. Always interested in more gear. Would you kindly share the mfgr and or brand? Thanks for your photos, keep hiking. That tent is one of my all time favorites – a Big Agnes Fly Creek UL 2. Right after that trip, I “retired” that tent after more than 200 nights of sleeping in it – the floor and seams were starting to fall apart. I now own the Big Agnes Copper Spur 2 – and it is fantastic! Best tent I’ve ever owned. Good luck! Kev Reply ↓ Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
